Recently I have come under the realization and conviction that while, in my mind, I approach the ministry at our church in a very strategic and thought out way I don’t communicate that strategy outwardly. Strategy is a keep component of accomplishing any goal. Method and application will vary and there is no blanket answer to “How do you build a ministry” but strategy tells everyone how you will approach the discovery of that answer. Bottom line the people you minister to are worth the time it takes to think through your strategy and they deserve a minister and leaders who will take the time to do so. Over the next few posts I will be outlining The six strategic steps that I use in our ministry.
