I believe them to be one day. Like 24 hours. Because “there was evening there was morning, on the third day.”
How old is the earth and life? Why?
I believe the earth to be a young earth. Because I believe the earth to be created in 7 days. I am not sure of the actual age as I was not around when it started.

No and yes. They were all formed by the hand of God.
Were Adam and Eve real people? Why or why not?
Yes. So if they weren’t then what happens to the fall? If you take Genesis 1-3 as a creation story instead of a creation account what other parts of Genesis do you get to take as fiction or allegory?

I believe the days to be 24 hour days because of the same reason as the comment above, however, it is not specified the amount of time ‘between’ the days.
How old is the earth and life? Why?
We can pretty confidently say that the earth is something around 4.5 billion years old. This is easily determined using somewhat accurate carbon dating. I say somewhat because even if the accuracy is plus or minus 1,000 years, it’s not really going to impact an age determination in geologic time (i.e. hundreds of millions of years).

I believe they probably did. Fossil records seem to indicate as such and Genesis does not necessarily rule this out.
Were Adam and Eve real people? Why or why not?
Yes, they must have been real people because they had a multitude of characteristics shown by people, such as language. I believe Yahweh created Adam and Eve as the first creatures made in His image and cognizent of his existence.
In short, the Bible, including Genesis, is not a science book and it is not intended to be read as a science book. It is a book about Yahweh, the people he created to share His love with, their abandonment of Him, and the sacrifice He made to forgive them.
